We want you to love your Nomoro gear. If something isn’t
right, you have 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange on
eligible items.
To qualify, products must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition
- Free of stains, odors, or damage
- Returned with tags (if applicable)
Custom items, personalized products, and team shop orders
are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a
manufacturing defect or printing error.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us
within 7 days with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.
Refunds are issued back to your original payment method once
the item is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
